The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has 8 automatic massage programs to choose from:

  • Demo: This program is used to help demonstrate the basic massages the chair has to offer.
  • Relax: This program helps to utilize a softer massage to help bring the user into a more loosened and stress-free state.
  • Swing: This program will massage the user while rocking in a back and forth movement to create a more calming state throughout the massage.
  • Stretch: This program will utilize locking of the legs, hips, arms, shoulders using the airbags and then reclining/declining in order to stretch parts of the body. The stretch function helps to perform a light stretch for the calves, hamstrings, shoulders, and waist.
  • Scraping: This program helps to perform the scraping style massage moving from the inside of the body towards the outside. This helps to direct the blood flow better for a better massage.
  • Shiatsu: This program helps to perform a more pinpointed massage along the back. This massage style helps to focus on certain pressure points in the back to help relieve more stress from the individual.
  • Gentle Relief: This program helps to perform the gentle tapping with light kneading which helps to increase the blood flow and relaxation.
  • Rejuvenate: This program helps to increase the blood flow and relaxation of the user with strong massage techniques. This auto program is stronger than other smooth programs.

Manual Massage

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE massage chair comes with manual modes so you can pinpoint a desired massage for a specific area on your back. The Maestro can perform Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, and Rolling with 4 different Characteristics/Modes per massage style. You can either pinpoint a specific spot on your back for the massage or massage by sections of the body. Focus can be places on shoulders, arms, lower back or even the calves. As well the chair offers specific custom settings for Neck/Shoulder, Lower back, and Air massage.

Additionally, the OS-4D Pro Maestro LE is upgraded to be specialized to customize the massage styles. It means that the user can select from two manuals which is combined two massage styles at the same time. There are two options of combined manual such as ‘Kneading & Tapping’, and ‘Kneading & Shiatsu’. The OS-4D Pro Maestro LE offers a combination of manual massage styles for better massage techniques.

L & S Track Technology

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE combines both the S and L track technology for an exceptional massage experience. The S-Track rollers will contour the natural curvature of your spine. The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally wrapping underneath the back of your thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chairs.

Heated Back Roller Massage

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has the most advanced back heating system. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area.

Body Scan Technology

The OS-4D Pro Maestro LE will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.

Auto Leg Scan & Leg Extend

The ottoman will scan your legs to ensure the optimal leg length for your height. The foot component will extend outwards and then retract inwards. Simply apply pressure with your feet to indicated to the leg scanner that length is at the desired position. remote also allows for one to auto adjust the leg component to either extend or retract to the user’s personal needs.

Full Body Air Massage

There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. The Maestro 2 offers a total of 32 airbags in the massage chair.

Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and the calf areas. This compression massage helps to continue increasing blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.

Foot & Calf Kneading

Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hand on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the blood flow of the legs, helping them to reach a higher level of relaxation.

All New Calf, Bridge, Knee & Heel Massage

On the upper section of the leg rest, the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage. For the foot portion addition components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot. The experience is like no other.

Zero Gravity

Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for ultimate relaxation. When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. This will in turn help to maximize the intensity of the massage and reduces the compression along your spine.

Space Saving Design

Bluetooth & HD Speaker

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE is equipped with Bluetooth technology and an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience. This allows you to listen to your favorite music on Osaki’s highest grade of audio speakers located in the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music, and then gradually increasing to a desired level. The blue light on the speakers will indicate if the speakers have synced with your device.

New remodeled Touch Screen Remote Tablet

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE’s remote is upgraded to Touch Screen Remote Tablet. The remote controller is upgraded to a larger screen for user’s convenience to manage the massage chair. It has an easy view screen displaying the function the chair has activated. It also has magnetic holder that fixes the remote into place. On the remote it allows you to select the massage type, intensity, speed, and location. You can also operate the functions independently in the Manual Mode.

Quick Control

On the side of the inner armrest you can access Power, Play/Pause, Auto, Zero Gravity, and 4D adjustment. You can even charge your device using the available USB outlet while using your phone or tablet.

Wireless Charger

The OS-4D Pro Maestro LE includes new technical features which is a wireless charger. The user can charge the smartphone on the wireless charging place on the hand area, while relaxing on the massage chair. It offers convenient and technical system for the user.

    SHIPPING

    The standard shipping method for most game tables is freight. The processes for freight delivery are different than UPS/FedEx deliveries. Please familiarize yourself with the details of freight delivery below:

    Order Processing & Delivery

    NOTE: Lead and delivery times vary by vendor as your order will ship directly from their factory. Any time frames listed are estimates and not guaranteed.

    Order Processing: Orders are processed on the same day they are received. We will relay lead-time updates via email.

    Shipping Times: Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after processing.

    Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days.

    Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will place a backorder and notify you as soon as it’s ready to ship.

    Picking a Delivery Method

    By ordering from Game Room Shop and selecting any of the delivery methods below, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver to your room of choice, any fees associated with dismantling/reassembly or returning it are your responsibility. The following shipping options are available for most products sold. (See Brand Specific Delivery Options below for exclusions).

    Free Curbside Delivery: $0 (on orders $100+*, for a limited time) 

    We currently offer free curbside delivery on most freight orders within the contiguous United States. Like it sounds, the delivery driver will pull up to the curb outside. It is up to you to remove the item from the truck yourself. The driver is not required to help remove the item himself. He may choose to (or not) at his own discretion. We strongly recommend Liftgate Service and having a second pair of hands to help you. You may select this option at checkout.

    If you are unable to remove the item from the truck, storage fees and/or return shipping fees may be incurred at your expense.

    *Orders under $100 will be charged a $14.95 Ground shipping rate

    Curbside Liftgate Delivery: $159 per shipment

    You may order liftgate service at the time of purchase or after by clicking here. The driver will remove the item from the truck for you and place it on the curb. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. We recommend having a dolly and a friend to help.

    Front Door/Garage Delivery: $267 per shipment

    The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it by your front door or to your garage door. It is your responsibility to then move the item inside. 

    Inside Delivery (Room of Choice):  Contact us for a quote

    With this service, the driver will remove the item from the truck and bring it inside to the specific room of your choice.

    White Glove Delivery: Contact us for a quote

    In addition to combining the services above, White Glove Delivery also includes professional installation and set up of your order.

    Depending on the item and your location, this service may require 2 separate appointments. One for delivery & another for installation.

    For all delivery methods, the following exceptions will incur an additional fee:

    • Stairs
    • Unconventional Entrance (Window, Basement, Bilco)
    • Destination 100+ feet from your doorway

    • Delivery outside the contiguous United States

    All shipping rates are per shipment. Additional costs will apply if your order contains multiple items shipping from from different vendors.

    Schedule Delivery Date

    As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order-confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to review that e-mail and make sure everything is correct. Especially check item, billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information. 

    You will also receive a reminder to add liftgate service to your order. If you have already selected liftgate service or if the item you purchased is not shipping via freight, you may ignore that prompt. If you would like to add liftgate service at that time – we highly recommend that you do – please let us know immediately. 

    Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant tracking information. 

    The freight carrier will then contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule a desired delivery date and time window. 

    Should an issue arise, we will do our best to help you resolve it. But please note that any delays or mishaps during the shipping progress are outside the purview of Game Room Shop

    What to Do When Your Item Is Delivered 

    Inspect Before Accept (VERY IMPORTANT). Check For:

    1. Exterior damage: Damage to the packaging
    2. Concealed damage: Damage to the item itself
    3. Order Accuracy: Make sure the item received is the exact item you ordered and that all parts are included.

    Inspect all sides of each box for any sign of damage (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Open the package & inspect the item(s) inside, if the driver allows.

    Delivery Scenarios & Actions To Take

    1. Boxes in good shape without any signs of damage?
      ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "possible concealed damage, pending inspection" before signing.

    2. Boxes in with visible damage?
      If the product itself appears to be ok (or if minor damage can be repaired or just needs a replacement part)...ACCEPT DELIVERY. Write "Damage," and note any specific holes, tears, dents, or concerns before signing.
      If the product itself appears damaged beyond repair or replacement part(s)...REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.

    3. Boxes & product severely damage?
      Open the boxes & inspect the product. Take pictures as evidence.
      REFUSE DELIVERY. Do not sign delivery receipt.

    Notes:

    • If delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, cancellation fees will apply.
    • If damage is minor, we may send you a replacement part instead of issuing a refund.

    CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, we are happy to cancel or adjust any order before it ships or enters production. (Excluding Final Sale Brands.)
     
    Before shipment: You will receive a full refund for a request made within 48 hours from either time of purchase or the original lead time notice e-mail from us, if applicable. (Note: Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on production and vendor’s discretion). After 48 hours, 3% will be deducted from your refund, to cover the non-refundable merchant fee charged to our small business. Alternatively, we can switch your order to another item to avoid this 3% fee. 

    Made to Order Items: You may request to cancel any time before the item goes into production (excluding Final Sale Brands). Once production on a custom item begins, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS. It’s essential that you confirm all order details (size, color, dimensions, etc) before placing your order.

     

    After Shipment: 

    You will receive a refund for the price of your order (minus cancellation fees) once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item. We will attempt to reverse delivery on our end but please refuse delivery if necessary. 
     
    You received the item, but it's not working correctly or is missing parts: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. There should be paperwork inside the original box advising you how to do this. The manufacturer – not Game Room Shop – is responsible for any defects or deficiencies with its products.
    You physically cannot accept a curbside delivery and refuse the item: The shipping carrier will return it to us. You will be issued a refund (minus cancellation fees). You can reschedule delivery for a more convenient time or for when you have enough people to help you unload your item from the freight truck. You will be liable for the actual cost of the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
    You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: If you receive an item, it is in good condition, but you decide to return it, you can do so only if all of the following requirements are met:
    • The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
    • You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
    • You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.

    Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued, (minus cancellation fees).
