Delivery on most of our items does not include professional setup. You can either select White Glove service at checkout or look into hiring a local installer on your own.
No. Only orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Additionally, some manufactures do not qualify for any discount codes. Please see our Store Policies for a full list.

Brunswick follows a slightly different shipping process than the other supplier we work with.
All Brunswick Pool Tables & Shuffleboard Tables include white- glove delivery and installation, which means the item will ship directly to the installer. When the item is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number. Upon receipt of delivery, the installer will give you a call to schedule a delivery and installation time. Please make sure to provide us with accurate contact information when placing your order.
If your tracking information shows the item has been delivered for more than 2 weeks and you have not yet received a call from the installer, let us know so we can help facilitate the process.
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. That includes speaking with the supplier to confirm order details, lead times, and shipping methods.
