What is the difference between the Premium and Pro versions?

Premium version - The Premium version is mainly for home use. It’s an upgraded form of the Pro version, packed with more exciting features such as the interactive Hyperdrive Accelerator and the molded Exploding Death Star with 9 LED Super Laser Array and internal illumination LEDs.
Pro version - The Pro version is commonly used for commercial purposes; think bars and arcades. It has all the standard features, like beautiful hand-drawn art, the iconic Star Wars soundtrack by John Williams (played on an incredible stereo high fidelity sound system!), 400 HD video scenes from the Star Wars trilogy, and a 4.25” center-mounted playfield display monitor.

The Mandalorian
Premium version - The Premium version is mainly for home use. It’s an upgraded form of the Pro version, packed with more exciting features such as the gravity-changing, rotating Encounter upper mini playfield with six stand-up targets, lights, and two full-size flippers for high-intensity pinball action.
Pro version - The Pro version is commonly used for commercial purposes; think bars and arcades. It has all the standard features, like six stand-up targets, lights, and two full-size flippers; a custom-molded Razor Crest ship; a large custom sculpture of Grogu, authentic video and audio from seasons one and two, and exclusive custom speech performed by actor Carl Weathers (Greef Karga).

What does “available for pre-order” / “pre-order” mean?
When you pre-order, you’re locking in a reservation for a high-demand item before it’s available to the general public, with the understanding that it will be built and shipped at a later date.
A limited-edition run of the Star Wars Pinball Machine (Pro/Premium) and the Mandalorian Pinball Machine (Pro/Premium) will be produced by Stern.
To reserve yours now, you’ll be charged a deposit fee of $500. That deposit will go toward the final cost of the item. You will only pay the remaining amount once your pinball machine is ready to ship.
Why are the games available for pre-order only? Can’t I get them at an earlier date?
As much as we want to ship your pinball machine pronto, Stern much first finish earlier builds on their production schedule and then receive all parts for these games.
The target build date for the Star Wars pinball games is December 2023. It’s quite the wait, sure, but we assure you it will be worth it! We’ll even have the Millennium Falcon deliver it to your door in less than 12 parsecs. (Beat that!)
How do I pre-order?
Step 1. Proceed to checkout as usual. The FULL AMOUNT will be reflected in the total.
Step 2. Proceed to pay anyway. The full amount will drop as "pending" on your card. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED THE $500 DEPOSIT.
Step 3. Our team will reach out in December (estimated production date). We will send an invoice to capture the remaining balance at that time.
I have pre-ordered my Star Wars pinball game! How long should I have to wait before it gets delivered to my home?
Our manufacturer’s target build date is December 2023.
Games typically deliver 1-2 weeks after the build date. Assuming this production schedule remains on track, you can expect your pinball machine to be in your home by late December 2023 or early January 2024.

Will I get a refund if production of the units is delayed?
No, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. In the rare event that production is delayed, you will still retain your reservation and you will still receive your game (albeit on a later date).
Your $500 will go towards the purchase of your chosen pinball machine. If you wish to cancel your game, you can move the $500 payment toward any other game of your choice.
What happens if the price of my chosen product increases?
The price you see on the product page is likely the total final price you will pay (deposit included).
However, Stern (our manufacturer) may increase pricing from the time the order is in and ready for shipment. If our dealer cost rises before shipment, we may need to collect additional funds before your order is released.
NOTE: This will only occur if Stern raises their prices as they will not honor old pricing after increases take place.
How do I track my order status?
When you pre-order, you will get an email with a confirmation link saying that your pinball game has been reserved for you.
You’ll have to be extra patient though – production won’t start until December 2023.
Once the item is ready for delivery, our team will send you emails updating you on the status of your delivery. On the off chance of production delays, we will let you know as soon as we get word from the manufacturer.
